Christmas morning.

‘Where Whoof Whoof?’ the tiny tot asked.

‘Whoof Whoof on holiday for Christmas.’ Mama replied.

‘Kiss-mass,’ tiny Tina said, bobbing up and down in her nappy.


Christmas afternoon.

The baby waddled from room to room calling, ‘Whoof! Whoof!’

She lay flat on her belly and looked under the sofa.

She searched inside kitchen cupboards - the ones she could reach.

On tip toes, she tried opening the tall dustbin.

Whoof Whoof was nowhere to be seen.

She sighed deeply and almost cried.


Christmas evening.

‘Where Whoof! Whoof!’ tiny Tina asked.

‘Whoof Whoof on holiday for Christmas.

‘Meee,’ the tiny tot said, hugging herself. ‘Me Kiss-mass.’
